Every package includes the basics, so you're not renting chairs from the mainland.

  • Tables and chairs for up to 150The building seats up to 250. For more than 150, ask for a custom quote and rent extra seating.

  • Both bars and glasswareGlasses for beer, wine and liquor. A hosted bar is quoted for your event.
  • The rooms, the grounds and the patioBoth bars, the dining room, the yards and the front patio.
  • A commercial kitchen for your catererKitchen use or outside food is $250.

Dining Room

39′ × 48′ · seats up to 100

This bright, window-filled room is your main dining space. It also works well for vendors, exhibits, meetings and conferences.

Great for: dinners, receptions, buffets and conferences.

Back Bar & Stage

40′ × 45′ · seats up to 80

A big bar and a raised stage. Use it as a dance floor, a concert hall, a theater or your reception room. It opens right onto the back yard and patio.

Great for: dancing, bands, toasts and shows.

Front Bar & Lounge

35′ × 30′

The first room your guests walk into. A big stone fireplace, a cozy lounge and a built-in bar. Perfect for high-top tables, appetizers and meeting everyone. It can take extra dinner seating too.

Great for: cocktail hour, greeting guests and appetizers.

Front Patio

Covered and right by the entrance. Good for a hosted cocktail hour or dinner outdoors.

The big back yard with a path and trees

Back Yard & Patio

Lots of room for a ceremony, yard games or a tent. Steps from the back bar and stage.

The side yard and parking area beside the building

Side Yard

Next to the parking. The spot for event tents, vendor tents and yard games.

The big covered front deck upstairs with couches and tables

Front Deck

Covered, with views toward Lake Superior. Just for guests staying upstairs. A great spot for group photos.

How the rooms connect.

Guests come in through the front bar. The dining room is on one side and the back bar and stage are on the other, so the party can flow between all three.
