Community & nonprofit rate

Hosting for a good cause?

$1,500per weekday event

Weekday rate for nonprofits, schools, churches and community groups. Monday to Thursday, up to 6 hours, up to 150 guests. Tables, chairs, linens and an on-site facility manager are included.

Second consecutive weekday +$1,000Third consecutive weekday +$750All 3 days $3,250

Who qualifies

Booked and paid for by the organization itself
For the group's mission or a community purpose
Not for weddings, rehearsal dinners, reunions, birthdays or graduation parties
No booking on behalf of another person, family, vendor or private group
Fundraisers count when the money mostly goes to the organization

Weekend, holiday and peak dates may use the regular package prices. Bell Street decides who qualifies.
